HOW TO BE A POWERPOINT PRO
A Perfect RX for the Presentation Blues!
Have you been meaning to take a class in PowerPoint, but just never got around to it?
Or perhaps you have been using PowerPoint a little on your own and would like to start using all those fun features like slide transitions and animation? Now’s your chance!
In a class titled “How to be a PowerPoint Pro”, Jerry Barnes from Kaiser Permanente’s MultiMedia Communications will take you from the basics to the advanced. He will show you how to avoid the 5 most common mistakes people make when using PowerPoint; how to select and apply the templates, customize your own, and insert images and graphs. You will end this class by creating your own animated PowerPoint presentation complete with slide transitions. This class is geared to those who currently give presentations on fairly regular basis or whose job will require them to do so in the near future. Familiarity with the Windows environment and basic computer skills are essential.
